Photos takes on August 21,2008 at the 82nd & Division campus of PCC as Earl Blumenauer left a "town hall" on the cap & trade carbon control scheme. He left early, as some claim is his standard practice. I was asked by one of Earl's aids: why are you taking pictures and I replied: to show what a hypocrite Earl is. She responded with: it is a hybrid.
