Pedestrian and Bicycle

The Pedestrian and Bicycle Advisory Committee (PBAC) was established to guide the development of improvements for people who walk or ride bicycles in or through the project area. The committee brings together 25 community members and agency representatives to develop recommendations to enhance facilities and connections for pedestrian and bicycle circulation.
